Employer on Record Services
For companies not registered in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, or Zambia, we offer employer-on-record services. E.O.R. services include hiring and contracting the employees on your behalf and supporting you in navigating the labour laws and local cultural and labour management practices.
We help you hire and manage top-tier talent without having to register in these countries.
Our scope in E.O.R includes;
- Payroll and Benefits Administration: For the staff under our E.O.R service, we handle the payroll end-end. This include the calculation of salaries, benefits, administration of the same, remittance of statutory deductions and managing benefits such as health insurance, pension, and other benefits offered by our client company.
- Tax Compliance: We ensure legal and tax compliance by deducting and remitting the necessary deductions as stipulated by the government in terms of health schemes, retirement schemes, skill development levies, and any other mandatory deductions. We ensure we provide our clients with a report on tax compliance monthly.
- Employment Contracts and Documentation: We create and manage the employment contracts, offer letters of appointments, and other essential documentation related to employment. We also document the counter signed copies and ensure that the contracts comply with local labor laws and regulations.
- Onboarding and Offboarding: We support the onboarding process for new employees by handling the paperwork, setting up payroll and benefits accounts, and providing necessary information and resources to the new members.
- HR Administration and Support: Through our EOR service we maintain the employee records, manage leave or paid time off, handle employee inquiries, and provide general HR support and guidance.
